Which parks at disney and Universal Studios are worth it?

Im going in sept. and will have about 6 days to spend at parks.. should I buy tickets ahead of time online? im trying to decide how many days I should buy at Universal Studios/Disney a piece... Im a huge harry potter fan and plan on spending alot of time at wizarding world... how many days should I buy for there? give advice and tips please
