What happened in this movie scene? Did Snape see Harry before he killed Dumbledore?

In the book it said that Dumbledore paralized Harry while he wore the invisible cloak. But in the movie Snape looked at Harry and put his finger to his mouth (to signal be quiet) then killed Dumbledore. I don't get it. How did he see him if Harry was wearing the cloak?
