Poor Heart Recovery SOLUTION ?

I wonder if you have a real heart condition or are simply deconditioned. I'm wondering if a good cardiologist or primary care physician might be able to refer you to a licensed physical therapist who specializes in cardiac rehab. A cardiac rehab physical therapist can investigate whats going on with your heart during exercise with a trained, experienced eye and work with you over time. FOr this to be covered by insurance though, you'd need a cardiac diagnosis. The "poor recovery" diagnosis might work. You could contact a physical therapy center and they'd be able to tell you if you qualify.
