I think it's very possible. I know, being myself, that I wouldn't be so interested in conversing with someone I wasn't attracted to. Then again, when I was at a party once, I hung out with my male friend who I don't have those feelings for, and the entire length, though I had other friends there. That, and I would always talk to him. It could easily be that she just feels comfortable around you, but it's also likely she likes you. Being that, like you said, she gets flirty, that's a sure sign. Any possible way a girl flirts, she likes you.
