Ladies (mainly college age): what am I doing wrong?

i advise you to have confidence in everything you do. Say you want to approach a lady, this is how you do it: (charm her first!) Hey beautiful, i saw you from across the way and all i could see were those beautiful eyes (or what ever you think is beautiful on her.) You mind if i ask for you number? Put your own style with it and never seem shy or like you lack that confidence. Never beg and never sweat her if she says no you can't have her number.
