How can I become friends with her? Please help!?

friendship has to go both ways. to me, it sounds like she doesn't want to be ur friend by the way she's avoiding u. however, it also sounds like u would b a great friend to her. ur best bet is to go slow. start saying hello or smiling to her in the hallways. then do some small converstation with her when shes near u. when she starts warming up, then u can start talking to her on the phone and stuff. she also needs to be reasured that things wont get akward so dont bring up any relationship stuff. as 4 the letter, u should probably give it to her when u guys are on friendly terms.
