My parents thinks I don't love them but I actually do?

the best thing that you can do is talk to them. talk to each one individually and tell them that you love and respect them. it may feel awkward but at least it will get your point across. if they start asking you questions to query why you are acting in a way to suggest you don't love them, answer them honestly. if you do love them then there should be no problems.
